The place
Monumental Beaux-Arts style train station inaugurated in 1913, one of the largest in the world by the number of platforms, located on 42nd Street in Midtown Manhattan. It was designed by the architectural firms Reed and Stem and Warren and Wetmore and is a dead-end underground railway station.
