The place
Industrial mill established in 1884 along the Ourcq canal and the Eastern railway by the Société des moulins Abel Leblanc, on the site of older mills; the built complex dates from 1921 and is listed in the General Inventory of Cultural Heritage. Abandoned as a mill, the factory has been rehabilitated into an office complex by architects Reichen and Robert, under the direction of Jean-François Authier, for BNP Paribas Securities Services.
