The place
Museum of Art and Industry in Roubaix, housed in a former municipal swimming pool in Art Deco style (1932), with the large basin preserved as the heart of the exhibition route. Designed by Albert Baert and Jean-Paul Philippon, it is a remarkable contemporary architecture with the label "Heritage of the 20th century." Its transformation into a museum dates back to 2000.
