The place
One of the "Three Graces" at Liverpool's Pier Head, an Edwardian building with a large dome (1907). Designed by Arthur Joseph Davis, Philip Coldwell Thicknesse, and William Edward Willink in the Greek Revival and Neo-Renaissance styles, it is listed as a Grade II* historical monument.
