The place
Former coal-fired power plant in Austin, decommissioned in 1989 and then redeveloped into a mixed-use neighborhood (preserved building). Designed by Burns & McDonnell in the style of the modern movement, it is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and recognized as a Recorded Texas Historic Landmark.
