Vancouver, Canada

Former provincial girls' boarding school, built from 1912 to 1914 to the designs of Alfred Arthur Cox, in the Mission Revival style. The building was converted in 1995 into 88 townhouses and now constitutes the residential complex Terra Vita.

The scene : The old boarding school on Cassiar Street lends its Mission Revival façade to the Santa Barbara police station. It is on its steps that Lassiter, startled by a Shawn hiding in the bushes, announces to the press that the wrong man has been arrested — until the earpiece fails him.

Surrey, Canada

The scene : Lassiter's house, located on the beachfront of Crescent Beach. Shawn drives him back there on the Dualberry, whose dual controls give him the steering wheel and the illusion of driving again.

Port Moody, Canada

Seaside bed & breakfast on Port Moody Inlet, organized around a unique suite with spa, and featuring a sandy beach and a dock.

The scene : This waterfront bed & breakfast becomes the new home of Henry Spencer. Shawn comes here to express his concerns about Lassiter, then brings back the weapon and the fake documents exhumed from a ceiling in Santa Monica — and there he finds the crib that his father had started.

Vancouver, Canada

Former banking data center in the Fairview neighborhood of Vancouver, converted into a filming location. The building has retained its processing rooms, vaults, and high-security doors, and offers more than 120,000 square feet of rentable space.

The scene : The former Fairview data center provides the walls of the San Francisco police station, where Shawn comes to ask Juliet to employ the police's means to identify Selene's husband. She refuses.

Langley Township, Canada

Permanent exterior decor of a pioneer town, set on a 96-acre parcel of MacInnes Farms. Its buildings are not mere facades: they have period-furnished interiors. The site is home to the series When Calls the Heart.

The scene : The pioneer town setting houses the hideout of the water tower.

Vancouver, Canada

Brewery opened in 1953 on Burrard Street, on the edge of False Creek, and operated for more than sixty-five years. Production moved to Chilliwack in the autumn of 2019; the 7.6-acre site, purchased by Concord Pacific, has been awaiting redevelopment since.

The scene : The abandoned brewery on Burrard Street serves as the Pacific Mountain Brewing Company, the cover for Ronald Cole. Shawn and Gus enter disguised as keg delivery men, having charmed the gatekeeper at the entrance with some ventriloquism.
