Hollywood studio opened in 1915, which became Desilu Studios after its acquisition by Lucille Ball and Desi Arnaz in the early 1950s — I Love Lucy was filmed there — before becoming Ren-Mar Studios, and later taking the name Red Studios Hollywood.

The scene : All the interiors of Minnie's haberdashery have been recreated on the sets of this Hollywood studio, including the confrontation around the poisoned coffee.

Placerville, United States

The scene : The setting of Minnie's haberdashery was built for the film on this private ranch in Wilson Mesa, at 2,900 meters above sea level and about fifteen kilometers west of Telluride: the store on the left, the stables in the center, the latrines far to the right. This is where the first stagecoach arrives, in front of the cross seen in the first images, followed by the second one in the midst of a snowstorm.

The scene : The stagecoach drives between the trees of the mesa: Major Warren unintentionally knocks out Daisy Domergue and John Ruth, then the two men argue about the opportunity to pick up a second hitchhiker when Sheriff Chris Mannix blocks their way.

Placerville, United States

The scene : It is in these high-altitude meadows that Major Warren's flashback is filmed: the story, launched to push the old General Smithers to the point of failure, of how he treated and then humiliated his son.

Telluride, United States

The scene : The stagecoach climbs the mountain road with O.B. at the reins, John Ruth and Daisy Domergue on board, and stops along the way to pick up Major Warren.
