The place
Seventy-two dolomite steps on the east terrace of the Philadelphia Museum of Art, built from 1919 to 1928 by Horace Trumbauer and the firm Zantzinger, Borie & Medary. The city and the tourism office refer to them as the Rocky Steps, and they are among the most visited spots in Philadelphia.
