Studio 28 is an independent cinema located at 10, Rue Tholozé, in the Montmartre district (Paris 18th). Inaugurated in February 1928 by Jean-Placide Mauclaire, it is considered the first avant-garde cinema in Paris, entirely dedicated to cinematic research.
